A student of humanistic currents, I have taken several Personal – Executive Coaching courses. I am dedicated to the daily practice of Psychotherapy, Coaching for individuals and groups, as well as change management in organizations. I live in Bogotá, I have an office and my own conference room in the northern part of the city. I like to help my clients, offering them a calm and creative space where they can reflect and make the desired changes.

As a therapist I accompany people and couples, grief treatment, anxiety management, strengthening self-esteem. As an Executive Coach, I have been working for more than ten years to strengthen skills for executives of important organizations. I have the skills to gain experience in training human teams on the topics of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), communication, teamwork, time management and sales, among others, are effective and enjoyable, I highlight this with my work in several companies nationwide, such as: Serdán, Grupo Coomeva, Open Systems lnternational Alkosto and some more. Likewise, as a Personal Coach, I advise people in my private practice on career improvement, skill development and vocational development.

I have developed different trainings in Customer Service for Banco de Occidente, Nexsys de Colombia, Open System, Fundación Coomeva, among others. I received training in Customer Service for 6 months by Fernando Sánchez Paredes, former president of the Hoteles Royal economic group.

I conducted education, certification programs and a virtual university for OPEN SYSTEMS. I have been a professor of psychology at universities in Bogotá, such as Politécnico Grancolombiano, Central and Piloto.
